【性　　状】本品为白色或微黄色冻干粉末。
【药理作用】本品系半合成的β-内酰胺类抗生素，为全球第一个畜禽 专用的第三代头孢菌素。其可与细胞膜上的青霉素结合蛋白（PBP）结合，阻碍细胞壁粘肽的合成，造成细胞壁不能交联而导致细菌破裂死亡。该药对各种革兰氏阳菌、革兰氏阳性菌包括产β-内 酰胺菌均有效，敏感菌有沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌、嗜血杆菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌、坏死梭菌、放线菌等。且其杀菌作用远比庆大霉素、氨苄西林、林可霉素、壮观霉素等其它抗生素强大。
【药理特点】
1、在感染组织中的含量比非感染组织高2-4倍，注射后吸收迅速，1小时内血药浓度达到峰值，有利于更好的发挥药物用。
2、有效血浓度维持时间长达72小时，低剂量使用，且在体内生成的一级代谢产物脱呋喃 甲酰头孢噻呋同样具有强大的抗菌作用，因而具有后效性。
3、安全性高。本品作用机理为阻断细菌细胞壁的合成，而畜禽没有细胞壁，故而安全性高，没有任何不良反应。
4、彻底解决兽药残留问题。
【适 应 症】用于鸡大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌感染等，猪的细菌性呼吸道感染。
【主　　治】鸡：防治鸡大肠杆菌病、白痢、副伤寒等，减少雏鸡早 期死亡，7日内死亡率显著下降，提高机体免疫力和存活率。
鸭：治疗鸭浆膜炎、鸭肠道病及各类细菌病有独特疗效。
猪：治疗猪萎鼻、副嗜血杆菌、猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、多杀性巴 氏杆菌、猪沙门氏杆菌、猪链球菌、肺炎球菌引起的呼吸道病。
牛：用于治疗细菌引起的呼吸道病（运输热、肺炎）、腐蹄病、乳房炎、犊牛腹泻、犊牛脐炎。
犬：用于大肠杆菌和奇异变形菌引起的泌尿道感染、消化道感染。
【用法用量】注射或饮水：1日龄雏鸡：将0.5g本品稀释于1000毫升马立克疫苗或 稀释液中，用带7号针头的连续注射器颈部皮下注射0.2毫升，即每只鸡苗注射量为0.1毫克的本品，本品至少可用5000只鸡。大鸡和鸭：（对鸭浆膜炎等巴氏杆菌有特效）每公斤体重肌肉注 射1毫克。其他：每公斤体重肌肉注射一次量：猪3-5mg、牛1.1-2.2mg、一日一次；犬皮下注射每公斤体重一次量2.2mg一日一次。
【注意事项】用稀释液或注射用水现用现配，稀释后的溶液2-8冷藏可保存7天，室温可保存12小时，冷冻保存8周，药效颜色变化和稀释后轻微混浊不影响效果。
