本网讯 8月25日-28日，农业部兽医局与世界动物卫生组织(OIE)在青岛联合召开“东南亚-中国口蹄疫防控（SEACFMD）国家协调员会议”暨“动物移动管理研讨会”。会议就区域内口蹄疫疫情及防控经验、项目执行进展以及加强区域内动物移动管理合作等进行交流。
SEACFMD于1997年启动，旨在推动东南亚国家和中国逐步消灭口蹄疫。中国于2010年正式加入该项目，在做好本国口蹄疫防控的基础上，积极与国际社会共同应对全球口蹄疫防控挑战。一是本着“及时、公开、透明”的原则，及时向国际社会通报口蹄疫等动物疫情及防控情况；二是推进联防联控机制建设，加大跨区域活畜移动监管力度；三是积极开展流行病学调查、实验室检测、临床诊断等领域的技术交流，为有关国家培训兽医专业技术人员；四是向多个国家提供力所能及的防控物资援助和技术援助。
来自联合国粮农组织、OIE等国际组织，澳大利亚、泰国、缅甸等11个国家及国内有关省份、科研单位约50位代表参加了会议。
